By using phonezap, you agree to the following:

You must be 13 years or older.
You maintain copyright and ownership to any images that you upload that were created by you.

You will not upload copyrighted material that was not created by you, without expressed consent of the original owner.

You will not upload obscene images or nudity.

You understand that Phonezap operates a SMS Alert service (via the 69927 short-code). If you chose to use this SMS service, you will not incur any charges from Phonezap.
This is a standard-rate service, meaning, you will be charged whatever your current rate-plan with your wireless carrier charges for sending and receiving regular SMS text messages. (If you have an unlimited SMS package, then you have no charges to worry about!)

Phonezap does not guarantee any quality of service.

You will be nice and courteous to all other users in the phonezap community.
